Designed as a series of part textured porcelain spheres, the heart-shaped white ceramic pendant decorated with calibré-cut ruby collar, suspending from a cable-link chain, mounted in 18K gold, pendant length (including bale): 4.2cm, adjustable chain length: 40-50 cm.
