The two splendid natural emeralds with a vivid green color (emerald cut - total 1.60 ct) surrounded by 48 round brilliant-cut natural diamonds (VVS - G Color - 1.20 ct) stand out, the two diamonds at the height of the pin weigh approximately 0.08 ct each. 1970 circa.
