Four generations. A shared passion for exceptional jewelry.
Based in Naples, Italy, De Maria Gioielli is a fourth-generation family business established in 1920, with roots in the city’s jewelry tradition dating back to the late nineteenth century.
For more than a century, our family has brought together the knowledge of the jeweler, the eye of the collector and a lasting appreciation for craftsmanship. Today, we specialize in antique, vintage and signed jewelry, alongside fine jewelry, loose diamonds and colored gemstones.
Jewels chosen for their character
Our collection reflects a particular affinity for Victorian and Art Deco jewelry, as well as distinguished French and Italian creations. We are drawn to pieces with individuality: a beautifully proportioned setting, an unusual gemstone, an unmistakable signature or the intricate workmanship of another era.
Alongside our work as dealers and collectors, we continue our family’s tradition of creating fine jewelry. This connection to the craft informs the way we look at every piece, appreciating both its design and the skill behind its making.
In-house gemological laboratory
Our gemological analysis laboratory supports the study, authentication and appraisal of jewels and gemstones. The laboratory is led by an IGI- and HRD-graduate gemologist who is also a registered court-appointed technical expert (CTU) with the Court of Naples.
