We will accept returned goods for a refund if you contact us to let us know of your intention to return the item and return it to us within 14 days via a secure and insured service.
If 14 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will give you a full refund* and you must notify us by email sending us a return request to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days after you have received the item.

Items must be returned fully insured for the price paid, in the same condition as dispatched, in the original packaging, without any alterations, tampering, unauthorised testing or damage - damaged, broken or altered items will not be accepted for a refund. Please also include your sales receipt.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Return postage will be paid by the buyer and must be sent via a secure and insured service.
International returns will need to be clearly marked as a returned goods. Country of origin ITALY. Failure to do so will result in an import duty charge, which will be deducted from any refund amount.
In the unlikely event of an item going missing in the post, we will not be able to refund the item until 40 days after the date that it was first posted.
*Please note: for orders over €3000 we will refund the amount of the order deducted from the bank collection costs incurred (3% of the order amount).
The extra shipping cost will not be refunded.
