Cartier Marquise Diamond Gold Band Ring
A unique 18k yellow gold diamond Cartier ring. The ring comprises of a marquise cut diamond in a rubover setting with a total weight of approximately 0.40 ct., G color and VvS clarity. Complementing the centre stone are two rows of 4 round brilliant cut diamonds on each side with a total weight of 0.27 ct., well matched in color and clarity. The ring measures 7.5mm at the top of the ring and tapers to 4.5mm.
Signed Cartier 750, numbered, eagle and goldsmith head punch on the outer ring.
