Prices and VAT

All prices displayed on De Maria Jewelry are in euros and include applicable Italian VAT where due. As many of our jewels are pre-owned, eligible items are sold under the Italian VAT margin scheme (regime del margine). Under this scheme, VAT is included in the displayed price and is not separately itemised on the invoice for qualifying goods. Tax treatment may differ for items not eligible for the margin scheme.

EU deliveries

Shipments within the European Union are generally not subject to customs import duties. Applicable tax treatment is reflected in the price shown, subject to the destination and nature of the transaction.

Deliveries outside the EU

Import VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees or other charges may be levied by the destination country and are normally payable by the recipient, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping fee. Customs formalities can cause delays.

Prezzi e IVA

I prezzi esposti sono in euro e comprendono l'IVA italiana applicabile, ove dovuta. Per molti gioielli usati idonei si applica il regime IVA del margine: l'imposta è compresa nel prezzo mostrato e non viene esposta separatamente in fattura per i beni soggetti a tale regime. Per altri beni il trattamento fiscale può essere diverso.

Consegne nell'Unione europea

Le spedizioni all'interno dell'UE generalmente non prevedono dazi doganali d'importazione. Il trattamento fiscale dipende dal bene e dalla destinazione.

Consegne extra UE

IVA all'importazione, dazi e oneri doganali del paese di destinazione sono normalmente a carico del destinatario, salvo diverso accordo scritto, e non sono inclusi nel prezzo o nella spedizione. Le operazioni doganali possono causare ritardi.
